Amendment of section 81
(a)
by deleting the word “Offshore”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “an offshore financial institution” the words “a financial institution registered under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities
Act 2010 or the Labuan Islamic Financial Services and
Securities Act 2010”.
