Section 6
Section 6 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by deleting the words “, 5(1b)”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (1ad);
(c)
by deleting subsection (1ah); and
(d)
in paragraph (3)(a), by deleting the words “(1ad),” and
“, (1ah)”.
