Section 43
Subsection 31q(1) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subparagraph (b)(A), by deleting the word “or” at the end of the subparagraph;
(b)
in subparagraph (b)(B), by substituting for the words
“this Part.” the words “this Part; or”; and
(c)
by inserting after subparagraph (b)(B) the following subparagraph:
“(C) the auditor fails to pay any fee as specified by the Audit Oversight Board.”.
