Section 6
Section 2a of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by deleting the words ‘and “securities law” ’;
(b)
by substituting for the words ‘Any reference in this Act to “this Act” or a “securities law” ’ the words ‘Any reference in this Act to “this Act” ’; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “subsidiary legislation made under this Act or a securities law, as the case may be” the words “subsidiary legislation made under this Act”.
