Section 2

The Consumer Protection Act 1999 [Act 599], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in subsection 99(1) by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

“(ca) which may be lodged by a consumer relating to aviation service as defined in the Malaysian Aviation Commission

Act 2015 [Act 771];”.
