The Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 [Act 671], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “Securities Commission
Act 1993” wherever appearing the words “Securities
Commission Malaysia Act 1993”; and
(b)
in the national language text, by substituting for the words “pihak berkuasa menyelia” wherever appearing the words “pihak berkuasa penyeliaan”.
