Section 273 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(a), by substituting for the words “or an information memorandum” the words “, an information memorandum or a disclosure document”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “approved under section 214 or authorized or recognized by the
Commission under section 256c” the words “approved under section 214, authorized or recognized by the
Commission under section 256c or lodged with the
Commission”.
