Interpretation
Section 319 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1) A listed corporation shall cause to be submitted to the Commission—
(a)
a copy of its audited annual accounts; and
(b)
its interim and periodic financial reports, at the same time such documents are submitted, announced or made available to the exchange.”.
