Section 42
Section 356 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(a), by substituting for the words “written notice, guidelines” the words “written notice, direction, guideline, practice note”;
(b)
in paragraph (2)(a), by substituting for the words “any guidelines, written notice” the words “written notice, direction, guideline, practice note”; and
(c)
in paragraph (2)(b), by substituting for the words “five hundred thousand” the words “one million”.
