Section 6
of ANTI-TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS AND ANTI-SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2015
Section 6
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by renumbering that section as subsection (1); and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(2) The Secretary of the Council shall have any duties and functions as may be determined by the
Minister.”.
