Amendment of section 9
(a)
in the shoulder note, in the national language text, by substituting for the words “Pendaftar Besar” the words
“Ketua Pendaftar”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “Registrar
General of Children in Need of Protection” the words
“Registrar General of Children”;
(c)
in subsection (2), by deleting the words “in Need of
Protection”; and
(d)
in subsection (3), in the national language text, by substituting for the words “Pendaftar Besar” the words
“Ketua Pendaftar”.
