in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “46(2)(bb)”

the words “46(5)(d) or subsection 46(6)”; and

by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:

“(2)  The Supervising Court before whom a child is brought under paragraph (1)(b) may amend the order made under section 46—

if the Supervising Court is satisfied that it is in the best interests of the child to do so; and

upon proof that the circumstances under which the order was made have changed after the making of the order,

and a copy of the amending order shall be given to the

Court For Children in which the order was made under section 46.”.
