Section 59
Section 81 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the word “person”
the words “placed or”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “Every child” the words
“placed or”; and
(c)
by inserting after the word “person’s” the words “placement or”.
