dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (2) subseksyen yang berikut:

“(3)  In the case where the title in continuation is a land with subdivided building, a note relating to particulars of the title thereby continued shall be endorsed on Form 2 and Form 3 and the register document in Form 4 or Form 4a, as the case may be, in the First Schedule to the Strata Titles

Act 1985.”.
