Perenggan 294(3)(b) Kanun dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “by section 47 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 shall be accompanied by the certificate required by paragraph (3)(c) of that section” dengan perkataan “under the Strata Titles Act 1985

shall be accompanied by the relevant document required under the appropriate provision of that Act”.
