Section 414 of the Code is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words "Chief Police Officer" the words "Officer in charge of a Police District"; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words "Government of the State in which that property was seized" the words "Federal Government".
