Pindaan seksyen 173a
Seksyen 173a Kanun dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (7) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(8) This section shall not apply—
(a)
if the offender is charged with a serious offence; or
(b)
if the offender is charged with the commission of an act of domestic violence as defined under section 2
of the Domestic Violence Act 1994 [Act 521].”.
