Amendment of section 131
(a)
in subsection (5), by inserting after the words
“shall refer the matter to” the words “the Controller who may direct that such goods, thing, book, document, record or other article be released or forfeited, or may direct the Assistant Controller to refer the matter to”; and
(b)
in subsection (7), by substituting for the word “Magistrate”
the word “Controller”.
New sections 134a and 134b
