The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 123
the following section:
“Complaints to Assistant Controller 123a. (1) An Assistant Controller may, upon a complaint by a person, conduct an investigation on any person who has committed or is committing any offence under this Act.
(2)
The complaint shall specify the person against whom the complaint is made and details of the alleged offence under this Act.”.
