of PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2017
Section 24
Section 62 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by renumbering the existing provision as subsection (1);
and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (1) as renumbered the following subsection:
“(2) Upon the surrender of the certificate of registration of the private higher educational institution, the approval of the private higher educational institution shall be deemed to be revoked.”.
