Section 195 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words “or terminal licensee” the words “, terminal licensee or intermediation business licensee”;
(b)
in the national language text, by substituting for the words
“atau pemegang lesen terminal” wherever appearing the words “, pemegang lesen terminal atau pemegang lesen perniagaan pengantaraan”;
(c)
in the English language text—
(i)
in paragraphs (a) and (b), by substituting for the words “or terminal licensee” wherever appearing the words “, terminal licensee or an intermediation business licensee”;
(ii)
in paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “or terminal licensee” the words “, terminal licensee or intermediation business licensee”; and
(iii)
by substituting for the words “or terminal licensee’s”
wherever appearing the words “, terminal licensee’s or intermediation business licensee’s”; and
(d)
in subsection (4), by substituting for the words “Chapter 2”
the words “Chapters 2 and 2a”.
