Section 51 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (6), by substituting for the words “A person,”
the words “Subject to subsection (5), a person,”; and
(b)
in subsection (7), by substituting for the words “A company”
the words “Subject to subsection (5), a company”.
