Section 14

Subsection 38(3) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “not exceeding five thousand ringgit or a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months” the words “of not less than five thousand ringgit but not more than fifty thousand ringgit or a term of imprisonment not exceeding five years”.
