Section 28
Subsection 83(5) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “The Commission shall”
the words “The Director General of Land Public Transport shall”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “rules made by the Commission under paragraph 253(1)(nn)” the words “the regulations made under paragraph 252(1)(tal)”.
