Section 29

Paragraph 84(2)(a) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “Commission or as set out in rules made by the Commission under paragraph 253(1)(oo)” the words

“Director General of Land Public Transport or as set out in the regulations made under paragraph 252(1)(tam)”.
