Section 58
Section 217 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “An appointed officer” the words “A land public transport or road transport officer”; and
(ii)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words
“appointed officer” the words “land public transport officer or road transport officer”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words
“An appointed officer” the words “A land public transport officer or road transport officer”.
