Section 59
Section 218 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words
“appointed officer” wherever appearing the words
“land public transport officer or road transport officer”;
(b)
in subsections (3) and (4), by substituting for the words
“An appointed officer” the words “A land public transport officer or road transport officer”; and
(c)
in subsection (6), by substituting for the words
“appointed officer” the words “land public transport officer or road transport officer”.
