of EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (AMENDMENT) ACT 2019
Section 2
The Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in subsection 10(2)—
(a)
in paragraph (a), by inserting after the semicolon at the end of the paragraph the word “or”;
(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words “; or” a full stop; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (c).
