Construction of reference to the principal Act
Where, on and after the coming into operation of this Part, a reference is made in any written law to the “Co-operative College
(Incorporation) Act 1968”, such reference shall be construed as a reference to the “Co-operative Institute (Incorporation) Act 1968”.
