Amendment of section 85
(a)
by deleting paragraph (h);
(b)
in paragraph (k), by substituting for the words “any person licensed” the words “licensed manufacturer”;
(c)
in paragraph (m), by inserting after the words “kept by”
the words “licensed manufacturer and”; and
(d)
in paragraph (p), by inserting after the words “the offences which may be compounded” the words “, the criteria for compounding the compoundable offence”.
