of Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities (Amendment) Act 2019
Section 11
Section 13 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the word “Act” wherever appearing the word “Part”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “A worker engaged in such place of employment as may be prescribed by the
Minister” the words “An employee”; and
(c)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“worker” the word “employee”.
