of Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities (Amendment) Act 2019
Section 3
The principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“worker”, wherever appearing in sections 5, 8, 16, 17,
18, 20, 21, 23 and 27, the word “employee”;
(b)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“workers”, wherever appearing in sections 5, 6, 7, 9,
15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23 and 27, the word “employees”;
(c)
in the English language text, by substituting for the words
“a worker”, wherever appearing in sections 17, 18 and 21, the words “an employee”;
(d)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“workers’ ”, wherever appearing in section 23, the word
“employees’ ”;
(e)
by substituting for the words “two thousand”, wherever appearing in sections 18, 20 and 33, the words “fifty thousand”; and
(f)
by substituting for the words “one hundred”, wherever appearing in sections 18, 20 and 33, the words “one thousand”.
