of Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities (Amendment) Act 2019
Section 8
Section 10 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“workers” wherever appearing the word “employees”;
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “10” the word “five”;
and
(ii)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word “workers’ ” the word “employees’ ”;
and
(c)
in subsection (4)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “two” the word “fifty”;
and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “one hundred” the words “one thousand”.
