of Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities (Amendment) Act 2019
Section 9
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“workers” wherever appearing the word “employees”;
(b)
in subsection (2), in the English language text, by substituting for the words “A worker” the words
“An employee”;
(c)
in subsection (3), in the English language text—
(i)
by substituting for the words “a worker” the words
“an employee”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “another worker” the words “another employee”; and
(d)
in subsection (6)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “one” the word “fifty”;
and
(ii)
by substituting for the word “fifty” the words “one thousand”.
