Subsection 43(8) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (c), by inserting after the word “employee”
the words “, whether or not”; and
(b)
in paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “within the meaning of this Act” the words “, whether or not within the meaning of this Act,”.
