Subsection 9(1) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words “or class of operator” the words “, class of operator, digital platform service provider or class of digital platform service provider”; and
(b)
in paragraph (c)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “or class of operator”
the words “, class of operator, digital platform service provider or class of digital platform service provider”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “Part IV” the words
“or Part Va”.
