Seksyen 9 Akta ibu dipinda—
(a)
dalam subseksyen (1)—
(i)
dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “to be served” perkataan “on the petitioner”; dan
(ii)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “upon all persons who are named in the petition as beneficiaries of or claimants to the estate or any interest therein or who appear to the Land Administrator to be interested in the distribution of the estate” dengan perkataan “and upon receiving such notice, the petitioner shall serve a copy of the notice on all persons who are named and addressed in the petition as beneficiaries of or claimants to the estate or any interest in the estate”; dan
(b)
dengan memotong subseksyen (2).
