Subseksyen 17(2) Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “, the Land Administrator may either” dengan perkataan

“or a person of unsound mind has been certified by a Government

Medical Officer that the person is no longer a person of unsound mind, the Estate Distribution Officer may either request the Land

Administrator or Registrar of Titles to”.
