Penggantian seksyen 18

Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan seksyen 18 dengan seksyen yang berikut:

Quoted provision

Any fees payable under this section as may be prescribed and may be paid out of the estate.

The Minister may, with the approval of the State

Authority, by notification in the Gazette, appoint a date for the coming into operation of this section in relation to the

Majlis.”.
