Pindaan seksyen 29
(a)
dalam subseksyen (1), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “High Court” perkataan “within thirty days from the date the order, decision or act is made or done”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan subseksyen (2) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:
“(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the procedure in relation to such appeal shall be subject to the rules of court applicable in the High Court.”.
