Substitution of section 29
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 29
the following section:

Section 29
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than fifty thousand ringgit and not more than one hundred thousand ringgit and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.”.
Deletion of section 30
