Amendment of section 36
(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words
“Licensed hunter” the words “or holder of special permit to hunt”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “a holder of a special permit” the words “to hunt”; and
(c)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “licensed hunter”
the words “or holder of a special permit to hunt”;
(ii)
by substituting for the words “ten thousand ringgit”
the words “fifty thousand ringgit”; and
(iii)
by substituting for the words “six months” the words
“three years”.
