Subsection 79(1) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit” the words “of not less than twenty thousand ringgit and not more than one hundred thousand ringgit”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “two years” the words
“three years”.
