Section 11
Section 25 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting after the word “submitting” the words
“to the Registrar”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “the prescribed form to the Registrar” the words “the form as determined by the Registrar together with the payment of the prescribed fee”.
