Section 23
Section 33b of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words
“prescribed manner” the words “together with the payment of the prescribed fee”; and
(b)
in paragraphs (1)(a) and (b), by inserting after the words
“owner of the patent” the words “or the inventor”.
