Section 46
Subsection 56(2) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (c), by inserting after the semicolon at the end of that paragraph the word “or”;
(b)
in paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “; or”
at the end of that paragraph a full stop; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (e).
