Section 60
Section 82 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by renumbering the existing provision as subsection (1);
(b)
in subsection (1) as renumbered—
(i)
by inserting after the words “Subject to” the words
“subsection 17b(4a), subsection 26b(1b),”;
(ii)
by inserting after the words “subsection 27(1a),”
the words “subsection 28(6),”; and
(iii)
by substituting for the words “the Court”
the words “any court”; and
(c)
by inserting after subsection (1) as renumbered the following subsection:
“(2) The request for extension of time after the expiration of a prescribed period under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be made within the period as prescribed.”.
