Amendment of section 130
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“Companies Act 1965” the words “Companies
Act 2016”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “Companies Act 1965 and licensed under the Banking and Financial Institutions
Act 1989, the Islamic Banking Act 1983, or the Insurance
Act 1963” the words “Companies Act 2016 and licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 and the Islamic
Financial Services Act 2013”.
