The Offenders Compulsory Attendance Act 1954 [Act 461], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 2—
(a)
by inserting after the definition of “Centre” the following definition:
‘ “Commissioner General” means the Commissioner
General of Prison appointed under subsection 10(1)
of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537];’; and
(b)
by deleting the definition of “Director General”.
