Section 13
Section 24 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
“Prescription Book”; and
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “book” the word
“register”;
(ii)
in paragraph (a), by substituting for the word
“book” the word “register”;
(iii)
in paragraph (c), by substituting for the words
“veterinary officer” the words “registered veterinary surgeon”; and
(iv)
in the proviso, by substituting for the words
“prescription book” the words “Prescription
Book”.
